We want you (and your pet!) to love what you ordered.

1. Returns

• You can return unused, unworn items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• Contact us at hello@thepawwshstore.com with your order number to initiate a return.

2. Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item if it’s in stock.
• Exchanges must also be requested within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
